Hi. 3y ago I tried C25k and didn’t get past the first split. I felt so hopeless as C25k was supposed to be for everyone!!!

Today, I’ve just done W3, R1, and I even tagged on an extra 2 minutes instead of walking the whole warm down AND THEN I did 15 minutes at max chat on the static bike. Feeling good tonight. Off for a shower!!!

Great that you’re back on it and the best of luck to you.

Don’t cut down on your warm down walks - they’re as important as the warm ups.

Big thumbs up!!

Oh no, I didn’t. I lengthened the total workout because I had chosen 30 minutes as a target time on the treadmill, and that workout is only 25, I think. Badly worded in first post

But thanks for the support, and you’re right, warm down is as important as warm up!!

Well done, but training plans are carefully structured, with a gentle progression to avoid injury. You would be well advised to stick to the plan.

Take care.
