Week 3, Run1 - that was tough! I was expecting it to be though because of the added 3 minute runs. Stuck it out to the end though, even though my lungs and legs were screaming out for me to stop 🤣 Did my two minutes of planking at the end, my cool down stretches and then a pat on the back 🤣 🤣

Well done! I have had a look at the program and week 3 looks to be a tough week.
Congrats for sticking it out to the end even though you could have stopped.
You will get through each run one at a time too. Every time you go out there you build up a bit more fitness, stamina & confidence! Lovely that you are encouraging others already! Well done🎈
