Hi :) I have only managed the one run so far mostly down to a lovely chesty cough I have had the last few days. Felt a bit better last night but didn't want to risk it.

Going to head out tonight and then again on Sunday to complete week 1.

How has your week been?

Pretty good. I still feel that I can't do it in the first couple of 60 sec runs but then it gets better. Determined to crack this 😁

Week 1 run2 done. Found it easier than run 1 just working on going slower.

Well nearly at the end of week 1 and already feeling the benefits mentally if still a little sore!

Weather not looking good fir tge beginning of next week and I just wondered if anyone ever dies a session on a treadmill? Or do I just need to MAN UP!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Running in the wind and rain is great once you get the first 5 minutes out of the way.

Not sure about needing to β€œman up”, just embrace it.
