Depends what you're willing to pay I suppose. There are lots available and it can come down to price and personal taste. I've tried the simple ear bud style and also the wrap around ear style but they always fell out. I have now settled on the mpow magneto Bluetooth ones which only cost around £15 from Amazon. In addition to the earbud they have a loop that locks into the fold of the ear and I've not had a problem yet. I'm sure others will offer additional advice but I've found these really good.

I have coredy Bluetooth headphones the are very comfy and stay on when running 👍
I really rate my Aukey EP-B4 phones. Took a little bit of messing around with the various fins etc to get them to stick in my ears but now they're perfect. They pair with my Galaxy S4 instantly and the sound quality is absolutely fine for running.
I was given a pair of Plantronics Backbeats for my birthday - very comfy, loop over your ears, allow you to hear any traffic coming up from behind, sit snugly in your ears without hurting and link up with your phone so that you can take phone calls if you wish (or in my case, if you can speak without sounding like a rabid bear chasing its breakfast, which I can't). The battery appears to last for ages. They appear to be waterproof and never, ever fall out.
I didn't like my plant tonics backbeats, couldn't get on with the fit. I use some jabra sport pulse, loads of fitting options and they have a hrm built in. Battery life could be better, it's only 4 hours. But other than that the best phones for running I've had in years.
Thanks everyone. Lots of googling this evening, decisions, decisions
Thanks everyone for taking time to reply, I've just ordered the TaoTronics , very reasonably priced and goods reviews. Also bought a new armband.
