๐คฃ love all the claps! I have to admit I am enjoying the feeling of getting this far & thanks to the program without injury. We will get to the finish line ๐ thatโs for sure! ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐๐โโ๏ธ

I sooo agree about the 'without injury' as that was a big concern of mine. I did W5R1 yesterday and feeling excited BUT a little anxious about R2 and R3. Having said that, i feel confident enough now to give it my best shot and embrace any setbacks that may happen. This plan and support on here, is awesome. Oh and my older sister has been my positive foundation and coach too.
Onwards we go ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
