Hi,

Just wondering if has had any issues with the app?

I've just started running with a huawei phone and when I leave the house the app is working but as soon as I'm out running the app just stops. I'm using Spotify for music so wondering if that could be an issue.

I still run but, it's really frustrating as I really want to get going.

Depends what run you are doing our appdropped off in week 5 and once in week 6

Sometimes my TedTalk podcasts have stopped my Runkeeper. Have you tried without Spotify to see if it makes a difference? Otherwise it could be that you are losing signal in a certain area? Try running somewhere else to see if you have a better signal?

Huawei phones always do this with this app unless you change a certain setting. Go to settings, battery, app launch, click on the couch to 5k app and click set controls manually. Make sure the allow app to run in background setting is turned on and it will be fine. Mine worked fine after this and I use Spotify
