It was lovely, thanks AlMorr! Cool but sunny and dry - perfect! I went very slowly up the hills and really enjoyed it. ☺

Was at parkrun this morning, waiting for my official result to come, I 'think' I was around the 32-minute mark, I'll tell you when the official result comes through, not long to wait I hope.

PS Result has just come through 32.01 a PB, I thank a lady runner for that, I met her on the last lap when I was beginning to slow down, I quickened my pace up a bit, quite pleased with that result, glad you enjoyed your run.

Wow, that's brilliant AlMorr! Mine was deliberately slow and steady today so I knew I wouldn't be getting a new pb. My son did though and then had to hang around waiting for me at the finish line! 😂

I met a father and son, the young lad who is around 12 had a 50 on the back of his T shirt, in fact looking at the result, this morning was his 82nd parkrun in a time of around 25 minutes.

He told me that when he and his family go on holiday they make sure that there is a parkrun near by, just shows you the lengths people make not to miss a parkrun on Saturday morning.

After saying that, next Saturday I will miss parkrun, however, I am thinking of re-running my graduation run at the same place that I graduated from C25K on 18th June 2018, that was along the promenade at Helensburgh which is about 30 miles from where I live 😊 🏃

Meeee !! I was really losing my mojo a bit and only running once or twice a week for the summer hols but today it was back and I did my best run of 5miles/8.65km ! Feeling so good but exhausted now!

I kept having a saying go through my mind I read yesterday I think from Ionnodatruffle saying ‘run for fun , run because you can’ and this is so true, I feel lucky I can do this x
