Did have a few ‘I can’t do this’ thoughts early on but once I was halfway I put my positivity hat on and powered on.
Pretty sure I swallowed a few midges on the way. Oh well, extra protein!

Well done! It’s such a good feeling getting to this stage! Graduated a month or so back and look back and think how did I get from not being to run for a minute to thinking a 25 min run is a short run now! It’s such a marvellous thing! Keep it up and it’s much easier running in the cool even with the midges!
It’s so good! I’m in training for a 10 k run next month! What seemed impossible a few months back seems very possible now! And isn’t it nicer running when it’s not so hot! I even like the rain!!!
