π The nights are REALLY drawing in. In actual fact, it wasn't quite as dark as the photo suggests but I am going to have to be more organised about getting out for a run before night falls! And at the end, I did Japanese Slow Running up a big hill and it was brilliant, you'd have been proud of me DiscoRunner

Oh no... Mrs UNM will want me to turn the heating on shortly by the looks of it!
Nice running... and very well done on that hill.
It nearly caught me out last night Debs, it's changing so quickly
It's mad - how will it be in midwinter?! I only started C25k in March so haven't had to think about autumn / winter running challenges. Might have to get me a head torch!
There's a thought! I've just set the heating to come on for an hour tomorrow morning π³ I expect it will get turned off again as soon as it's been spotted π
I was the same. Started in March and the evenings stretched out as the runs got longer do it just seemed natural.
I suspect I will notice a difference this week after having been off for a week with a rotten cold. Really not looking forward to when the clocks go back and it'll be pitch black by 4.30. Luckily, I have worked out a 5k route around the village that is streetlit, but that won't quite be the same as running through the woods and parks in the evening.
Love the dramatic picture, Debs. Really good to see you going from strength to strength and hope the hip is all OK now.
Go you!
Well done !..I started off with my sunglasses on, but really should have brought a torch. It 's definitely starting to get dark a lot earlier π
We are all proud of youππββοΈ
It was getting dark at 8 here the other night. So depressing! But a big hill? I'm impressed. A slight slope floors me π
Just like Kate Bush. Running up the hill. Sorry, I'm showing my age there!
So happy that youβre back out running! β€οΈππͺ x
Well done Debston , it does look dark!!! Time to get the torches out I think...stay safe
