Phew, that was hard going! But I managed. It was our 30th wedding anniversary yesterday so i’ve over indulged in rubbish for a few days but back on the reasonably healthy choices again. Want to still be active for our 60th 😊

Well done on the run. Each week feels like a challenge but doesn’t it feel good to realise you can do it!! 😁 The trick is to BELIEVE you can do it before you start. Never start with doubts as the gremlins can smell them 😂. Congratulations on your anniversary too. I ran 5k this weekend in just under 33 minutes so I’m proof it can be done (that’s my best so far so couldn’t help but mention it - sorry!!)
