What calorie burn to I go with? Strava or mfp is always a lot more than the Fitbit ๐ค

I always go by my Garmin as it uses a chest strap, knows, my weight, height, age, etc so it can estimate to calorie burn better. I don't think Strava has all of the above to be quite as accurate.
They are all guessing.
Why not go with the lower one, just to see on the side of caution.
They are all estimates - I think the higher ones include the calories you would have burned anyway just being alive - the lower ones just the extra calories you burned due to the exercise maybe?
However, donโt fall into the trap of using the calorie count to justify eating a bar of chocolate or some other delicious but high calorie treat - my sister does that and despite months of vigorous exercise (she is quite fit now!), her weight is still high and she keeps moaning about her lack of weight loss ๐
