Last year I started the couch to 5k and really enjoyed. I got as far as week 7 and then our little bundles of joy came along.

I'm trying to get back into things again, but really can't seem to find the motivation.

Does anybody have any advice for picking back up after taking a break?

Look at the bundles of joy...There's the motivation🙂

Try,maybe, as many of us do..repeating.

Yes..from Week 1. No pressure, knowing what comes next, knowing you can do it.

With small ones around, there is merit in taking it gently...enjoy the runs..the time that is yours..and just build back up.

When you feel you are flagging..look at the small people and think how you want to be around, with them and for them, for as long as you are able, through every precious, whirlwind moment of their lives.
