Wow never did I think this day would b possible, this morning I completed my c25k. I’m over the mood with my progress and cant believe how the programme has kept me going. I’ve completed it in less than 9wks as I love getting outside and motivated so was running up to 5 days a wk, I do normally train daily in the gym but with the children being on summer holidays it makes it harder to fit in. Thank u c25k for an amazing programme, all those starting of don’t give up u can do it, if I can anyone can. Those already completed well n happy running.
Now to book my 1st 5k santa dash n progress on distance.
Happy running 🏃♂️
