Sooooo - I had plans to have a date with MJ to celebrate my graduation runniversary on the 18th. I was looking forward to revisiting W1R1, but jog/running, not walk/jogging. It was planned for this Sunday - the 18th. I was looking forward to it very much, a bit of light relief after all these long runs Iβve been doing of late.
But I graduated on the 10th. π€¦ββοΈπ³ Whaaaat? π
So wooooo, happy runniversary last Saturday me. π
Iβll run with MJ next week anyway. Iβve promised him! πππββοΈ

I know, how could I? Iβve been convinced it was the 18th, but when I checked this morning I realised! Numpty. π€¦ββοΈ But I wonβt let him down, Iβll meet him for our date next week instead! π
Well what's that all about! Maybe the rain got in to your memory banks, cheeky! Very happy runniversary to you, and mj doesn't care, he's waiting for youπ
Did you run last Saturday Cheeky? It seems like you did!! Like all things C25K, youβve had another running surprise. And thereβs a lot to be proud of in a year!! Congratulations on running your Runniversary and your upcoming celebratory run!! ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½β€οΈ
I am certainly up for a run on Sunday cc. Will have to be after lunch for me, but it will just be nice to mark the day, so you run when you are ready. You had me doing a panic double check on C25k, but my graduation date is the 18th!! Of course we could say the Saturday is really "the day" and do a Park Run. With a 29 Feb birthday I am pretty relaxed about celebrating stuff on the "right day".π
Ok, let's go for the Park Run shall we. Time I did another one anyway! Legs should have shaken off today's 13k by then, and starting time requires no coordination. On non 29th years I always celebrate on the 1 March and 28 Feb just to make sure I hit the right dayπ. Last time I had a "proper" birthday all of our "kids" were home at the same time; very special.
Sounds perfect to me. Luckily the lady I often run with (our dogs are friends) wonβt be there as sheβs off at another PR next weekend so I can concentrate on jogging/running with MJ. Should be a hoot! πββοΈππ
Oh Iβm sure he will clubberlang! Iβll put a word in for you. Heβll remember me as the slightly bonkers lady whoβd answer him out loud, and thank him when he said the run was over. And I always agreed when he suggested having a bite of π π
Shockingπ³that you forgot the exact day of your runiversary π³, only joking, congratulations on that even if you got the date wrong, enjoy your runiversary jog/run.
I somehow thought I graduated on 18th August last year - I checked and it ended up being the 10th. No idea why I had the 18th in my mind - I remembered the date I started C25K. Iβll still make the runniversary, just a bit late! ππββοΈ
I am looking forward to hearing MJ and his encouraging words. I just know that when I do start he will make all my worries disappear! π€ππ Happy Anniversary for last Saturday. πΎππ»
Happy belated Runniversary Cheeky. What are you like ππ It was very satisfying doing W1R1 jog/walk on mine, so even if you do parkrun tomorrow, give it a go and compare with your first distance. Amazing difference!
Congratulations cheekychipmunks! 10th, 18th whichever? The happy thing is that you still have bags of enthusiasm and have run and run and run and run!!! Wonderful! πΎπ₯π πββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπββοΈπ€ΈββοΈππ»ππ π₯β‘οΈππ and a big bunch of flowers to help with your celebrations πΉπΈπΊπΌπ»π·π
Also missed this post. Happy belated runaversary to you. You have been amazing in your running but also more amazing in your support of others. Happy running. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
