Hello everyone, I just completed the first run of week 2-it was great! I realized I go through a longer distance while walking 2 minutes compared to when I run 1.5 minutes..does it happen to you too? I’m used to walk fast, but not at all to run, maybe that is the reason 😉

Yes, quite often my brisk walk is faster and travel distance further than my ‘run’. Slow running is good and it is what you should be doing. Congratulations you’re doing amazingly well. Onwards to run 2. 🏃‍♀️

Perfect run... there need be very little difference in pace between brisk walk and conversational paced run. Keep it like that and you’ll do great on the plan!

Strangely on the plan, the first thing I noticed as I got fitter was my walking pace improving!

Your brisk walking maybe faster than your running pace but that's ok . As long as you are getting to the end of each run. Good luck 😊
