I donโt know where to begin! Overweight, unfit and in all sorts of denial probably fits the bill. I have been hiding behind my weight gain and now feel there is some motivation to feel better about myself, try something just for me and to work towards some attainable goals.

Well done for taking the first step and coming in this program. Take it slowly and one run at a time. Iโm only on week 3 run 3 so not that far ahead, I too have been in denial about weight gain but decided to do this and Iโm loving it. Itโs not always easy and you do have to sometimes push yourself. You will be surprised how you start to find the time for your runs. Just make sure you enjoy the running and proud that youโve made a positive change in your life. Good luck.๐๐๐ผ

Donโt think that your alone Cokak. The hardest part is just getting out there. Lots of folks feel so self conscious just getting out the door. But do you know what? Itโs better than sitting on the couch. Take things nice & steady. This is about you for you. Run, jog or walk at your pace. Good luck๐๐ป
