I’m back ! I’ve lost a whole stone of Ethel and I’m going to work towards beating the 3k I managed in February. 1:1 today was hard - I’ve been doing steady exercise but no running, and my legs were sulking. But I got through it first time, and last year I took 8 weeks to build up to it. Onwards and upwards ! 😄

Congratulations to you ButtercupKid for losing a whole stone of Ethel, well done.
So you have restarted C25K today with running run 1 of week 1, that is wonderful news,
Nice that you have been doing other exercises since you graduated from C25K the first time, I think that was around 6 months ago. 😊 🏃
Yes I remember the first time you took around 8/9 weeks to complete week 1, hopefully this time you can complete the course in that time, but don't put too much pressure on yourself, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, as you say "onwards and upwards" 🏃✔️🎓
Looking great ! They’ve built a balancing trail and some other fun activities there. Apparently for kids, but nobody was watching 😂 I’ll post some photos soon.
Welcome back! Nice to see Ethel is going too, we don’t like her as much as you!
Good to hear that it’s easier this time around... that fitness level is up and you’ve maintained it while you’ve been away. Enjoy that journey to beating your old distance.
Wish it was here... floods all over and a dam just a few miles away that’s so under threat that Boris turned up... hopefully he will put his finger in the hole and all will be well!
Welcome back and congratulations on losing a stone!! Great work on 1:1, looking forward to following your progress, it’s been quiet around here without you 😊x
Me too BKC - back at it although I never did Graduate. I’ve just finished Week 1 but planning to do it again until I feel ready to move on. Congratulations on the weight loss! X
Welcome back BCK! Very impressed with your losing so much of Ethel, I know how much harder it is to lose than to put on! I look forward to reading your lovely posts again!
I’m planning to re-start in September. I had to stop because of very hot weather and hip pain combination. I’m hoping I’ll pick it up pretty easily after a couple of months and won’t be back to square 1. Well done you for managing 1.1 straight off 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Well until a week ago my return was going well- I was busy doing W5, then my back “went” again, so back to the constant pain of sciatica & endless physio. ☹️ - I shall return...
