Graduated early this year, not run for a couple of months, starting again weekend.

Good luck.I’m recovering from a calf strain. It’s been 3 weeks so far, it’s getting better but I’ve got some more weeks recovery to go. I’m planning on redoing c25k when I’m all fixed too.

It should be easier 2nd time round...right???
