Well done, Vintage61, graduation is within your sights! Honestly, don't worry at all about distance, it's not important. Just keep on going slow and steady for now and stay injury free. You will make it to 5k in the end, doesn't have to be in 30 minutes.
Itβs the Couch to 5k header, feel it should happen by week 9! π
I know, it's catchy but very misleading! There's a poll on here somewhere that shows not many people are doing 5k in 30 minutes by graduation. But everyone is running for 30 minutes non-stop which is fantastic when you think back to Week 1 and running for that long seemed utterly impossible! βΊ
