Good morning. I managed to achieve (on a downward incline (not steep, just gentle)), a 12 min run non stop for 1.3 km. considering I couldn't run for one min 4 weeks ago, I am very pleased with that. It gives you such a sense of achievement!

I just wish I could sleep better. I came off Amitripyline which helped me in that department a few weeks ago, but still struggling. And when I am out running, I have a huge urge to go 💩 which worries me because I want to try a Parkrun this weekend!
