I managed to psych myself into believing week 3 was going to be hard. But it was all mental. After completing day 1, I realized that my fears of it being too hard were in my mind. 😁

It is best not to look ahead at future runs and weeks, just go out on the day of your run, put the App on and listen to your coach for instructions.

Well done it’s scary seeing the increase and a good proud moment when you finish the run and realise you did it
