I have been advised by my physio that it may be a good idea to completely revisit C25K, along with exercises to try and fix my busted knee. I also bought myself a foam roller to help me which I have since discovered really, really, really hurts when it hits a tight spot. If this don't work I have no idea where to turn next. Fingers crossed.....

Good luck with it all, hope it all works out for you. What happened to your knee?
Good question!! It happened during my training for a HM. During a slow recovery run my knee just kinda "clicked". Physio says it's patella-femoral, whatever that is. I just know that 3 /4 weeks ago I could barely walk down the stairs so at least I'm making some progress. I can manage about 6 reps of the W1 plan before it gets uncomfortable. Injuries really get me down but I can see a tiny glimmer of light.

Foam rollers are the best self torture ever... yes they hurt, but they do the job when used correctly.
Good luck, you know the drill, slow and steady.
