Starting all over again.

Hi folks,

Just started the plan again after finishing it once in 2017 and then having an injury, then trying again in early 2018 but didn’t have the willpower so quit.

Anyway, 3rd time lucky I hope. I do however seem to be going slower than I ever have and even on week 9 at this pace I’ll never cover 5k in distance in 30 minutes.

Has anyone else finished the plan but got nowhere near the 5k distance?

Me : )

I didn't get to 5k until well after week 9 and even then not in 30 minutes. Even now I can run for 7k but still can't do 5 in 30 minutes...

Speaking to myself I would like to run a bit faster (mostly due to pre-work run at stupid o'clock, faster run means more time in bed : ) ), but I prefer distance over time in the big picture.

Great for starting again, and don't worry about your pace slow is good. I did 5k in 29 minutes once about 4 weeks ago but haven't done it again since . Good luck 😊
