So I've only done 1 run in the last 2 weeks. I'm finding the 5 to 10k pretty hard, although I did get to 9.5k on my last run.
Today, I've done my first outdoor run on the c25k journey.. I did the 5k race for life πββοΈ
I've decided that I now need to do more outdoor runs, instead of just running indoor on a flat treadmill. The race for life had a few hills today which I found difficult.. especially one right at the beginning of the race!
I completed it in 32 minutes, but this was with a couple of minutes stopping as my friends little girl decided she didn't want to do it just as we started so we had to see to her. So I think I probably finished in just under 30 mins.
I've also decided that I'm going to sign up for a 10k run in September, to give me something to aim for and keep me motivated with my runs!
