Plan was to just run 5k at a steady pace. Didn't care what pace it was as long as I kept it the same the whole way round without pushing. 5.09k 27m 26secs 5.26/km

Have to say Im rather pleased. Run was really good. Need to get a running vest. I was power boiled.
