Running on undulating lanes - help!

I live out in the countryside where the lanes are not really all flat. So far I’ve been using a completely flat stretch I found about 0.5k long. Now I’m on week 7 however I want to be able to just run without keep turning around - it’s getting boring! So my question is, is it ok to run up a lane that is not flat?

Yes, it’s great training to do so. Just maintain thensame effort rather than the same speed. Good luck!

Yes it is! I use smaller steps up hill & go gently. 😃

It definitely is ok you should find lots of new places to run and keep it interesting. Good luck 😊
