Usually I wake up early in the morning and after about half an hour I am in foot to my running destination. Just before I leave my house I eat a teaspoon with honey only.

The night before that day I usually eat a ball with yogurt, nuts and honey.

Am I doing it right?

(For the moment it works fine for me)

If it works for you, it's right . Good luck 😊

Listen to your body. If it feels right it usually is right. Everyone varies in what they like and need to eat, so don’t worry about there being just one right way.

I am doing low carb and don't eat at all. Just a coffee and water. But if it gets you through, and you feel good, it is your choice.

Is it working for you? If so then it’s right... we are all different. Seems like a reasonable fuelling plan, not too many calories and some, but not too much, pure sugar in the morning. How you stop at a teaspoon of honey I don’t know... I don’t have a sweet tooth, but give me a jar of honey and you’d best also giving me a loaf of bread... and not be expecting to share 🤣

If it woks for you that is fine... great hydration all the time is of course key :) A special eating regime is not necessary for the programme...just making sure you are putting in enough fuel within your regular healthy eating :)
