I graduated yesterday (yeah) and people are talking about consolidation runs. Where do I find these or do I just time them myself now.

The consolidation runs for me were just repeating week 9 three times to really get used to running for 30 minutes

There are also the Stepping Stones podcasts which work on stamina or speed etc. I don't have the link but if you search Stepping Stones on the forum you should find them

Consolidation is just running 30 minutes until it becomes comfortable/easy and then there’s stepping stones, Bridge to 10k and other options out there.

Hi Scruff55, I hope you enjoyed your celebrations after graduating yesterday. I did the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura after I graduated and ran a 5K, however, I should have done them before I ran the 5K, I didn't have the Smartphone I have now, back then, 2GB, last year, now 64GB, anyway, those 3 Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura are C25K +Podcasts, pace, lasting 35 minutes from 155 to 160 steps a minute. Speed, lasting around 18 minutes, from 150 to 165 steps a minute, interval training, finally, stamina lasts 35 minutes and is if I can remember correctly 10 minutes of 158 steps a minute, 20 minutes of 160 steps a minute and finally 5 minutes of 165 steps a minute, it's not just 5K but not far off it. 😊 🏃
