Week 8 run 2 and five minutes in. Decided to pick up speed just a little tonight and went flying. Cut both my knees and my hands. Had to walk back to the car. Gutted as not sure i will run tomorrow either. Will this put me back abit ?

No... at least two weeks before fitness loss...Heal well first and sorry you fell!

Shame about you falling have a rest day and then if you feel ok you can try again. Any lasting pain take a few rest days. Good luck 😊

Hopefully it’s just flesh wounds... you’ll be back very soon. I’d take a couple of days and then, assuming no pains, get back out there. You may even feel better for a couple of days as your legs will be fresh.

Ouchy! I Hope it is just superficial and you will quickly heal. I had a fall on my last run which was a shock and knocked my confidence a little. Take a few rest days, maybe walk a little on your next trip out. If no pain get back to it x
