Just go slow make sure you've had lots and lots of water. You can do this 😊

Welcome to the forum.

It’s a milestone for sure. Slow and steady in the first half, if not the whole thing. Believe in yourself... you can do it. Trust the plan... and when it gets tough just refuse to listen to the voices in you head that say you can’t do it... they lie, they never try, they don’t know what it takes. If it comes easy then that’s cool... if you finish on empty that’s cool too. Maybe pick a little reward for after the run... you’ve earned it. Have a wonderful 20 minutes.

Amazing advice - thank you! And... I did it! Don’t know how but I just kept going despite the voices! They kept coming back but I kept telling them I could do it! Feels amazing!

Great job... now in that run you proved you can achieve more than you think you can. Your inner awesome is starting to shine... slow and steady into week 6, the intervals catch many out when they think they’re easy... but there’s nothing in them to fear if you respect them... then you got this. Those voices will return of course, but this run more than any before it can be recalled in your mind to give you that strength to kick their butts again.

Have a wonderful rest period and enjoy week 6.

Thank you so much! Will definitely enjoy my rest day after that one. Looking forward to Week 6 - onwards and upwards!

Hooray! Well done you! It's a huge milestone - just think how far you have come in just a few short weeks.

You'll be fine. Just follow the program.

slow and steady, lots of upbeat music and just focus. I completed mine yesterday, complete novice to 20 minutes in just about 4ish weeks. It's amazing how it works
