Just finished wk7r1 again as I completed it last Monday by ever since my legs have been really stiff. Not sure if this is because I am now up to 25 minutes running or because I am not warming up and cooling down properly. I have bought a foam roller and being more thorough with my warm up. Fingers crossed for run 2....

Well done..as the runs get longer up your stamina and strength work on some of your rest days..warm up well, make sure you do the post run stretches and try to land lightly.
