A little 4 km run before tea, we call it tea here in the Midlands 😉 blimey Charlie it's warm out there!

Fantastic consolidation, I graduated on Saturday so now need to consolidate. Was going tonight but far too warm. Will try tomorrow.

Yeh I'm always a first thing in the morning runner but day ran away with me today and it's been fairly sedentary apart from an hours Pilates so had to be done!

It is warming up a tad here in the Staffs Moorlands now..and I'll have you know, we have afternoon tea..and dinner in the evening.Ha Ha!!!
