So far throughout the programme I've stuck to a flat route, and it's been the same. I live in a hilly area and have limited flat routes. I e mapped a possible route today whilst dog walking..... bit it does have quite a few slopey parts!! As well as gates to negotiate. Should I go for it or play safe on my flat route..... which is challenging me!

I run on mostly flat with some slightly graduated parts and that’s tough enough for me so not keen to change until I don’t feel challenged anymore so I guess I’m saying if you’re still being challenged be careful not to push yourself too hard 😊
I would say go for an adventure. I am on week 5. I have been so bored doing the parks, and now I go where I feel like and I have discovered lovely places, and the world is smaller when you run. You discover how far you can go when you run. You won't regret it.

Definitely worth a try! If you hate it, you can just go back to your regular route but as the runs are getting longer now, it makes sense to find a few different routes that work for you, you'll need to add in some extra distance to fill those extra few minutes of running time!
