I've just completed my 2nd week, and today was the hardest run for me, the humidity, tiredness, and in general end of a long week but I went out and ran. My husband informed me I went 2mins quicker than the end of week one!!! I was delighted, even though it felt so much slower to me. I can do this, just have to believe it!!

Well done - you were tired, it was a long week, but you still went out and ran. Thats a victory in itself and to run two minutes quicker is great. Keep going.

For me it didn't really get harder, as I got fitter each week required about the same amount of effort to run the extra minutes.
Took a lot more self belief though as those distances got longer lol
