Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum.

I've just completed week 3 of C25k. Finding it ok, but my knees are very slightly feeling it now.

Well done on getting started AND keeping it up! I’d keep those knees under close surveillance (or something.. not a native english speaker) or, just in case, consult a gp or physician should it get worse. Anyhow, I hope a little rest will do! I tend to take an extra day’s rest whenever a knee/ankle/muscle doesn’t feel right and have stayed injury-free so far..👌🏻

Thanks for the advice. I will touch base with my chiropractor.

Welcome to the forum! The hardest bit is getting started. My knees get a bit creaky.

Well done, sometimes aches is just your body getting used to your new exercise, if it gets any worse take a few extra rest days 😊😊

My knees ached a bit when I first started. Sometimes they still do after a run but I put it down to being an older runner (61). I’m not usually aching the day after a run so I treat that as a good sign! Keep a watchful eye and take it easy if you feel you need to.
