Well done on getting started AND keeping it up! I’d keep those knees under close surveillance (or something.. not a native english speaker) or, just in case, consult a gp or physician should it get worse. Anyhow, I hope a little rest will do! I tend to take an extra day’s rest whenever a knee/ankle/muscle doesn’t feel right and have stayed injury-free so far..👌🏻

Welcome to the forum! The hardest bit is getting started. My knees get a bit creaky.
Well done, sometimes aches is just your body getting used to your new exercise, if it gets any worse take a few extra rest days 😊😊
My knees ached a bit when I first started. Sometimes they still do after a run but I put it down to being an older runner (61). I’m not usually aching the day after a run so I treat that as a good sign! Keep a watchful eye and take it easy if you feel you need to.
