Physio diagnosed patella tendinitis in both knees 2 weeks ago. Given lots of strength exercises told I could continue running, but I stopped last week as not improving.
Doing loads of the exercises plus brufen.
Basically is there any hope out there that it will resolve and I can run again?

Physio exercises are great. They take time to work but I still go back to some of mine from time to time. Two weeks is still early days In the building up phase so I would give it a little more time. Sometimes you can email your physio and ask or enquire how long it should take to see some difference. I hope it heals soon. Rfc x
