Made it to week 2, just done the first 90 second 2 minute cycle. Noticing improvement in energy and mood overall. Weight loss nope, guess that comes in time. Yeah, going good so far.
Reading posts from people on week 9 and saying it’s a slog. The annoying thing is rewind to 2012, I could run 5k comfortably. We’ll all get there. We will.
And what a lovely community out there. So much support for everyone. Clearly there is still hope and support in this crazy mad world.
