This isn't a weight loss programme..but linked with healthy eating will make you feel fitter. Take a peek at our sister site... Weight Loss NHS.. Many folk on here are on that also...
Relax into the longer runs.. check out your eating regime too

When your are doing the longer runs 3x per week and being mindful of what you are eating you will get results. Don't always go by the scales your body can also change shape without the numbers on the scales moving. Keep going 😊

I hear you! Apparently it’s not unusual. I watch what I eat but haven’t seen any significant weight loss- however, I am focused on getting fitter and eventually that, plus the healthy eating and drinking more water, is bound to pay off. I feel so much better! Happy running!

I didn't lose any weight for around 4 weeks, but if I believe my scale, I was losing fat and building muscle, and then 7 weeks into the program I remembered that I had taken measurements of my body before I started and I've lost 8cm around my hips!! Don't bother to much about the number on the scale, if you are making healthy choices and exercise they will end up moving
