Hi,
I am now onto week two but I am running on a treadmill. Can anyone tell if this is OK or not. I have plates in my leg and do not cope very well on the uneven ground.
Thank you

I am currently starting week 5 and all my runs have been done on the treadmill. I am too scared to do an outside run just yet. I have read a lot of posts about this and it seems to be ok to do on treadmill. good luck!
A lot of people d9 c25k on a treadmill so you're ok good luck 😊
Set the gradient to 1° to replicate outdoor running. Good luck
Hiya! I’m doing run 1 of week 2 later! I have been using a treadmill so far and I find it easier however I know you can change it to have an incline which might make it more challenging if you wanted to simulate outside more? x
I did all C25k on a treadmill, my incline set to 1.5 (which happens to be my machine default, it doesn't go any lower).
I hope to transition outside when the pollen dies down
Have to disagree with the incline suggestions above - there's simply no need to do it. People suggest it as way to replicate running outdoors but it sounds like you simply need a even surface. So, just set a realistic speed and off you go!
Good luck!
