Up nice and early today as A: it's a running day and b: I have to go and work with a customer all week (the upper and lower case isn't a mistake, that's my order of importance).
If I don't run this morning then I'd have to push it to tomorrow as I really prefer morning running than evening running, running clears my head for the day.
The running stuff shall be packed as I always pick hotels with a gym and from previous experiences this hotel's gym is rarely, if ever used (now I've said that it'll be packed solid!!!!).
Anyway, this morning's run went ok, it's warm and sweaty in my conservatory where the treadmill is, so I'm very warm and sweaty now.
W6R1 and R2 I hated the first time round, after finding a nice groove on W5R3 it threw me, this time around is wasn't as bad, I screwed up by pushing myself on the first run, I'm recovering quickly now but NOTE TO SELF - don't be an idiot, slow and steady.
Run 2 is scheduled for Wednesday, a nice leisurely gym session in the morning, maybe a couple of rounds on the punch bag too.
I'm not counting down but 11 runs remaining, this time round I'm treating myself twice:
1. New trainers with gait analysis
2. 2 weeks all inclusive in Egypt with at least 2 days diving, lots of snorkelling, maybe some fishing and Mrs LeeU will probably do lots of shopping!!!
