Had a 20-minute and a 25-minute run from previous weeks under my belt and was feeling quite upbeat and then did the first 25-minute run of W7 today. Phew, that was a toughie! I know we all have our off days so I’m hoping it was just that but the thought of no easy runs/easy days from now on in is also playing on my mind. Don’t have any company for my next two runs this week so it’s me, my body and my mind. Stupid question I know but will it get easier?

I found the first run of any new week harder and generally, the other two easier.

It is always easier if you slow down.

I was surprised how much I loved weeks 7,8 and 9 because these were solid runs, I was measuring my distance and time every run and seeing little improvements along the way. You could run to music, podcast for company, doesn't have to be in silence.

I've just completed week 6 , 25 minutes. I'm delighted that I managed to run for so long but am now struggling to get motivated to do it all over again, 3 times. We've come too far to give up though. Good luck , so much has been achieved.
