Could have been make or break today. Last run of W3 and going so well, raining but ok, dog a bit barky but ok, last 3 minutes and another dog walker spotted in front and I stopped. 30 seconds to go. Hubby is shouting turn around and come on the other way. But I didn’t. The old demon of feeling uncomfortable around other people kicked in. Hubby shouted louder. Shouted back at hubby. Rain got harder. Went into melt down about contact lenses. Hubby dog and I all doing cool down in silence looking at shoes. Re do last three mins together. Feel a bit better but convinced now have mega eye disease from rain in contacts...
