Really busy week at work and have walked total of 23k in last 2 days. Fortunate that my first struggle run was on Wed this week. Legs really tired today after walking so far. Should I attempt the run anyway or take a third rest day?? Any advice gratefully received.

Been following the excellent advice of the forum since joining for W5R3. Wouldn’t have got this far without everyone’s wise words - even if I don’t post often!
Have a rest. W9R1 will still be waiting for you and you will probably enjoy it more if you feel more ready for it. 😊

I would also have more rest. If needed, add more than one extra day.
