Hi, I graduated last Sunday and then went to a sports therapist Monday for my ankle. I haven’t run since Sunday as I know it will take time to get it better but I’m wondering if I don’t run for a week, for example, will I have to go back a few weeks on the app or will I be able to run at 30 mins like I have just done. Really don’t want to get out of the routine of running after I’ve got so far but obviously don’t want to make my ankle worse

As the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... states, you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.

You won't loose any fitness in 1 week but be careful with your ankle . Good luck 😊
