I didn’t enjoy this week at all. I found it a real hard slog. It’s done and I’m proud of myself for completing it but I hated every step. I think I need to change my route. Hopefully next will be better!

hi Soontobefunmum, well done to you , 👍💪, you did it thats the main thing. Think these longer runs are real challenges to us newbies who’s stamina and fitness levels are still in the process of building. I find these longer runs hard, not enjoyable but the feeling of achieving makes it worthwhile at the minute. Each run is a step closer to improved fitness for me, enjoyment may come later🤔👍
