I have severe psoriasis on my feet and hands and some days have not walked at all, a bathroom break and back the most I could manage
This morning and a few days into new treatment and there are no splits in my toes and heels so went for a very slow week 1 day 1 run, and I did it, slowed down even more lost site of my partner who had the headphones so just continued jogging along until i could see him again slowest pace ever but no struggling for breath or aching legs so this is the way to go

Brilliant well done. Particularly impressed, given the additional challenges that you have 👍😊🏃🏾♀️
Oh eck 🤨. I’m sorry to hear about your psoriasis. It’s a pain for sure but hopefully things will calm down so you can head out. Being outdoors in daylight - hopefully some sunshine - will help your symptoms
I have been diagnosed recently with guttate psoriasis, having never had it before 🤷♀️ I saw a specialist yesterday and am having a biopsy next week.
I am much better after some strong medication but it’s not ideal I know It must be very difficult for you with your feet being involved 🙁
Try and stay positive 😃💪👍🏃♀️ Let us know how you get on
