Week 8 started!

Run 1 of week 8 just completed. I was faster to start but slower in the second half. I even felt I could have carried on a bit at the end! On the way out the wind was in my face and this was quite a challenge. There were a few spots of rain to cool me towards the end. I am really enjoying this programme and can't believe how far i have come. Starting to feel like a proper runner now!
