decided that it was time to take my runs on the road today as it was a 20 min run and would br boring on tread mill, even had a rain shower thrown in resorted to the Japanese running technique towards end .... was hard work but completed, might do it again until i can do it at continues pace what do the experts think πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I was watching a video of Japanese slow running, if you did not actually walk but ran or jogged during your run this morning, congratulations, if you wish to repeat it you may do so.

Fans of Prof. Tanaka and Niko Niko Running, like me, believe that to be a great way to C25K success. Technique is important, get both feet off the ground at once like that, you are running.

You don’t have to go fast.

You just have to go.

Well done for getting outside. Feel the wind in your hair, smell the flowers and the fresh air. Absorb vitamin D and enjoy your running.
