If I don't drink enough I feel heavy when I run. I also had 2 bad runs where it felt awful, heavy, and just generally de-motivating.
How is your water intake ? Can you slow down a bit ? Run when it's less hot ?

Sometimes I feel heavy when I run - leaden legs and everything. Most times it goes off, other times I call it a day and try again another time. It seems like some days are just not running days!
