I know a lot of you will feel the same but I have a need to put it down in writing:
In January 2018 I joined a gym. I weighed 90kg/13st. I took a bus for two stops because I could not walk up the hill to my house.
This morning, at 8am, I got up to run 28 minutes. Thanks to lots more activity and a healthier diet, I now weigh a lot less, can run - more like a donkey than a cheetah but hey-ho - and feel better than I've ever done. I wish someone had told me sooner that this was possible!
So: If I can do it, you can. As Sarah keeps telling me: Off you go!
